Notes About My Jenny Craig Diary

  1. Entries are sometimes made and updated throughout the day. So it may look like the entry is incomplete. Just check back later.
  2. Depending on my daily activities, I may actually write and/or post the daily log on the following day.
  3. Only food noted with a “*” is Jenny Craig food. The rest is just store bought.
  4. Occasionally, I go back to edit previous posts for grammar and I recently started adding the prices of the food based on the internet sales price. The prices are straight from the website and would not be shown with any sort of discount.
  5. To avoid any sort of copyright issues, I will not use any photos from the Jenny Craig website.
  6. The daily menu image is clipped from the menu they provide. It’s purpose is simply to avoid me having to retype exactly the same thing. It’s just text so I consider this to be authorized under ‘Fair Use’ doctrine.
