My start weight: 261.8 lbs
My current weight: 255.0 lbs
Pounds Lost: 6.8 | Pounds to go: 55.0
All of the food listed for today has already been reviewed so I don’t see any reason to go over that again.
It has occurred to me that before I even started Jenny Craig I had already lost 5 pounds from my peak in January. My peak all-time weight was 266.5 lbs on Jan. 10th, 2018. I attribute this weight loss to not drinking any more soda and just generally cutting back on portion size.
So this begs the question, just how much of the 6.8 pounds can be attributed to Jenny Craig and how much is just a result of cutting back on sugar and portion size? It may be that my caloric intake was ALREADY low enough to drop the weight and Jenny Craig was just along for the ride. I wonder.
