My start weight: 261.8 lbs
My current weight: 258.4 lbs

Pounds Lost: 3.4   |   Pounds to go: 58.4

The scale tipped back a bit this morning, which is good news. It shows that weight can fluctuate but still follows an overall trend when viewed from a larger timeline.

Since I’m not eating the Toxic Greek Yogurt anymore, I wasn’t exactly sure what to do with the New York Sesame Bagel* ($2.29). My replacement for the yogurt is either a shake or cottage cheese. I chose to go with the shake today and skipped having coffee. For a topping, I thought I would get cleaver and mash up some raspberries. It worked just fine. Although the multi-grain bagel is not what I’m used to.

Lunch. Had high hopes for the Butternut Squash Ravioli* ($7.49). Unfortunately, it was barely edible. Even with stirring half way through cooking the Ravioli ended up rubbery on the edges where their was no filling. So rubbery that it could not even be cut with a fork. Had to get knife just to cut through it. Chewing it was like chewing an oyster. The filling & sauce around the ravioli’s was ok… maybe a bit heavy on tomatoes but not too much.

Today is Valentines Day. So there is no way I am going to get away with not taking my wife out to dinner. The question is, what can I have that isn’t 1000 calories. Sure, I could probably just order a house salad … but where’s the fun in that?

I did some searching online and found that my favorite Pho soup is only 330 calories, which is not that far off of the meals I’m getting from Jenny Craig. It’s also just about the same on protein & sugar. So that’s what we go with. Guess I will find out tomorrow how much it affects my weight.
