Today is the day that I had swapped on Day 21. So the menu you see at left is not the menu that I am actually eating. Check day 21 for today’s menu.
This morning I packed up all my food to take to work. Once I got there I had my Garden Vegetable Frittata* ($6.29), my shake & some grapes. I really believe that the “chefs” at Jenny Craig have never actually tried to cook their food from frozen by following their own instructions. At least not by trying different microwaves of various power. This Frittata says to cook for a 90 seconds. Not long enough. 2 minutes … still cold in middle. To hell with it, I’ll eat it anyway. It’s not like cooking it another 30 seconds is going to improve the taste of this crap.
I have already commented on the Classic Cheeseburger, Cheesy Broccoli & the White Bean Chicken Chili so there is no reason to rehash that today.
