It’s weird how weight bounces around for no apparent reason. Starting off the day with the Sunshine Sandwich* ($6.29). Decided to spice it up a bit with an extra slice of bacon and a dab of mayo. Of course, I thawed the bun and cooked it in the toaster. This works so much better than the microwave.
The Ramen Noodle Bowl w/ Chicken & Veggies* ($7.69) cooked ok. I wanted to serve it on a plate so after it cooked I scooped it out with a slotted spoon so that the liquid wouldn’t get all over my salad.
You really have to watch the cooking on the Pepperoni Pizza* ($6.39) It over cooks real fast. Just over half the time shown on the box. I topped it with my 3 pepper blend and fresh avocado. It was good, but some reason I ended up with heartburn … which I’ve never had with the peppers so I must assume that it was the pepperoni affecting me.
