My goal weight: 200 lbs
My current weight: 261.4 lbs

Pounds Lost: 0.3   Pounds to go: 61.4 lbs

I realize that this is going to be a lot of work to write down my menu every day. So instead I’ve decided to post a picture of it.

Chocolate Muffin ($3.29) for Breakfast – What an awesome diet!

Wait, what the hell is that? Does that really qualify as a muffin? The image on the package was ACTUAL SIZE. I literally put the whole thing in my mouth in one bite. In all fairness, it was delicious. Every bite of it (HA!). At least I’m not getting any chocolate on my fingers.

My first time eating Greek Nonfat Yogurt (as far as I can remember) and now I know why. This is the most nasty thing I have ever eaten. Who eat’s this crap! It tastes like moldy dirty sock!

The only way I can even stomach this stuff is to eat every bite with fresh fruit. I’m using Grapes, Strawberries, Pineapple & Raspberries. But really, I’m just infecting the taste of my good fruit with this nasty crap. I really don’t see how much of this I will be able to take.

Meatloaf ($7.69) for lunch was tasty. On the other hand, the Ham & Swiss Baguette* ($7.39) for dinner, not so much. Seems that once again the problem is with frozen bread and the microwave. Following the instructions is clearly not the way to go. In the future, the only thing I can figure is to actually disassemble the sandwich, nuke the meat and either thaw the bread ahead of time or maybe pop it in the oven. Both options will take planning and extra time so maybe not as convenient as I expected.

The Anytime Bars* come in different flavors. My first pack was the Chocolatey Peanut Butter Anytime Bar* ($11.99 / pk of 7). Not bad. Tastes better when not cold from the fridge.
