My current weight: 258.8 lbs

Pounds Lost: 3.0   |   Pounds to go: 58.8

Well, it seems I re-lost one of the extra pounds i’ve gained. Which means that after 12 days of the Jenny Craig diet I’ve lost 3 pounds total. (One pound less than on day 8). So that’s roughly about $100 per pound. Frankly, this SUCKS!

Good Morning Sunshine. Boy just couldn’t wait to eat this delicious Sunshine Sandwich* ($6.29). Don’t let the picture below fool you. That piece of ham is about the size of a silver dollar .. and about HALF AS THIN.

Have my weigh in today at the center. Bill for the next weeks food is $164.47. Seriously, for the amount of money I am spending on this program I could have bought a membership for whole year at the best gym in town AND hired a personal trainer.

ARRRGGGHH! Well, let’s march on.

Spent the whole afternoon out with one of our grandkids, so was not able to to eat the Turkey & Wild Rice* ($7.69). We ended up at Pho in the Box where I had the basic steak Pho. I ate about 1/4 of the noodles, all the meat (5 or 6 pieces) and drank most of the broth. In total, this should be less than 300 calories and mostly focused on protein.

It was late afternoon lunch so my snack came about 4:30 – 5:00. It was so late in the day that I just completely skipped dinner. So I didn’t get to try the Chicken Tortilla Soup* ($5.99) either.

Had the Lemon Cake* ($3.49) at about 7:00. It’s small, but actually tastes pretty good. 20 seconds in the microwave takes the chill off.
