Let’s be absolutely clear… 60 members of Congress are about to commit Treason.
For sure, this is a very strong accusation. One that should not be made in haste. So how does one come to this conclusion? The answer is quite simple.
Every member of Congress (actually every elected official) takes an oath to “Defend and to Uphold the Constitution of the United States”. So it is actually quite simple (as our founding fathers intended it to be.) If an elected official does not “Defend and Uphold the Constitution” then they are conversely working against the Constitution. Period. There is no in-between. No grey areas. You either support the Constitution (and will be called a Patriot) or you are against it (and commit Treason).
When those 60 members of Congress pass the new health care legislation – and the President, if he signs it – they will be knowingly and willfully enslaving every single living soul in this country to the government. The last time I checked, SLAVERY was against the constitution and a violation of Civil Rights. When a member of Congress puts a gun to your head and says … because you are ALIVE and living in this country you WILL buy this product OR we will put you in JAIL … YOU ARE THEIR SLAVE.
At the very least, any member of Congress who votes for this legislation (or the President if he signs it) is guilty of violating the Oath of Office by supporting legislation which knowingly violates the Constitution of the United States, and they shall be Impeached.
In my personal opinion, they should not only be Impeached, but shall be convicted and executed – as is traditionally done with Traitors.
When we elect persons to represent us, we expect that they will do so with honor and integrity. We grant them higher status and entrust with them tools to keep the nation safe from enemies “both foreign & domestic”. An elected official, who shall violate the trust of the people and enslave them, commits the most egregious of offences in all the land. If any offence, throughout all of history of humanity, is not more deserving of execution, it is that which relieves a people of their solemn right to be free.
Now what shall we do about it?
